Customised and Personalised Products

Customised, personalised, printed, labelled, colour-specific, made-to-order or specially sourced products may require additional processing time.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving:

• Measurements
• Colours
• Quantities
• Logos
• Artwork
• Wording
• Print files
• Other custom instructions

Production may begin after approval or payment confirmation.

Once production or procurement has started, customised or specially sourced orders may not be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded unless the product is defective or materially different from the approved specification.

Minor variations caused by printing, display settings, materials or manufacturing processes will not necessarily be considered defects.

Bulk and Wholesale Orders

Delayed, Missing or Damaged Shipments

Claims for visible damage, incorrect products or missing items should preferably be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
